ü      Keeps requirements for rationale, pros & cons                                                                   

ü      Retains report to Convention

Our Amendment….

ü      Removes restrictive, arbitrary, and confusing criteria D.1-7

ü      Allows local League representation on Resolutions Committee

ü            Requires all resolutions to be heard by Convention if they meet deadline requirements
